iki’s fourth pop up dinner, “Cooked with Coffee”, featured a delicious 6-course dinner with matching wines from Q Wine, Waitai Valley, North Otago.
The selection of dishes were designed to showcase coffee’s versatility to enhance flavours and tenderise meat.
Chefs Grant Allen and Kei Komoriya delivered beautiful dishes with a selection of quality ingredients from NZ, including Lot Eight olive oil infused with yuzu, Tiny Fury honey and The Grove avocado oil.
iki’s next pop up dinner is currently being planned for early November.
