iki Espresso’s Teru Harase:
“Mr Sugita, owner of Grand 9 Espresso, and I visited Australia and New Zealand 8 years ago on a cafe research trip. At that time, we visited many cafes and coffee roasters.
Mr Sugita recently contacted me to ask for help in developing his new cafe. The iki team have been busy supporting Grand 9 Espresso with professional training, including coffee-making skills. We are very pleased to be coffee partners with Mr Sugita, his manager Ms Hasegawa and their team.
Grand 9 Espresso opens on 2 December 2020.
